Models, tools, and compute are billed at cost — every cent passes straight through. We add a flat 10% platform fee on top. No seats, no tiers, no minimums.

Whatever model the agent picks
OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM, Llama. Routed through a gateway and billed at the provider's published rate.
Search, scrape, integrations
Metered tools (Exa, web search, etc.) pass through at cost. Your own API keys for Hubspot, Slack, and friends incur no fee.
Sandboxed VM time
Each session runs in an isolated VM. You pay for the minutes it's awake — not for idle agents waiting on a schedule.
Everything above is summed and multiplied by 1.10. The 10% covers the platform — orchestration, the wiki, the gateway, the sandboxes, support. Nothing else.
# FAQ
What does pay-per-use actually mean?
There's no monthly minimum, no seat fee, no tier. If your agents don't run, you don't get a bill. If they run hard, you pay exactly what they cost — plus 10%.
Why a 10% platform fee?
It covers everything around the agent: orchestration, the shared wiki, the model gateway, sandboxed VMs, observability, and support. We picked a flat percentage so it scales with your usage and stays predictable.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes. For tools and integrations you connect via OAuth or an API key (Hubspot, Slack, your CRM), you're billed by the vendor — we don't add a fee on top. Models flow through our gateway today; BYO model keys is on the roadmap.
How is usage tracked?
Every session emits a line item: which model was called, how many tokens, which tools were invoked, and how long the sandbox was awake. You can see it live in the dashboard and export the raw ledger.
Can I cap spend?
Yes. Set a monthly budget per agent or per workspace. When you hit it, agents pause and ping the owner. Hard caps prevent runaway spend; soft caps just notify.
What about volume discounts?
If you're spending serious money on models and tools, the underlying providers already offer commitment discounts and we pass those straight through. Talk to us — we'll help you set them up.

Early access includes onboarding credit so you can run real sessions before any money changes hands. From there it's just usage.
