About the role
You'll primarily hack on ocr - our runtime for agentic companies. Thousands of agents running in concurrent sessions with multi-layered permissions and scoped integrations. You're going to make sure that anyone can leave agents working on sensitive data for hours on end with zero leakage into context windows.We're intentionally taking a foundational approach at large parts of our product, rather than building a thin, opinionated layer on top of existing models. That's why we're exclusively looking for smart generalists. Engineers that understand the ecosystem.
What you will do
- Ship features across our dashboard, CLI, API, and our runtime ocr. The whole stack is yours.
- Own how agents, permissions, and integrations actually work in production.
- Talk to users. You can be an FDE whenever you want to.
- Make the platform faster, safer, and more reliable as usage scales.
What we are looking for
- You've founded something, or shipped your own work many times. We need someone who knows what zero-to-one actually feels like — not just in code, but in making something real under pressure. No worries if it didn't work out :)
- Generalist who can go deep. Strong fundamentals, but you'll lean into whatever needs doing.
- Product taste. In 2026, engineers are designers.
- High agency. You work hard persistently, not just when it really matters.
- Low ego.
