10x Software Engineer

You'll hack on ocr, our runtime for agentic companies. Millions of agents, concurrent sessions, evolving permissions, indefinite integrations. Hard problems, real users, zero hand-waving.

We're building a team of geniuses. Not a team of "smart people" — actual geniuses who ship. You've built things before — maybe a company, maybe projects that people actually use. You want to work unreasonably hard on something that matters. If you fall short of that standard, you're wrong here.

What you will do

  • Ship features across Dashboard, CLI, API, and the runtime. The whole stack is yours.
  • Own how agents, permissions, and integrations actually work in production.
  • Talk to users. Turn what they need into software that exists.
  • Make the platform faster, safer, and more reliable as usage scales.

What we are looking for

  • You've founded something, or shipped your own work many times. We need someone who knows what zero-to-one actually feels like — not just in code, but in making something real under pressure.
  • Generalist who can go deep. Strong fundamentals, but you'll lean into whatever needs doing — fast.
  • Product taste. In 2026, engineers are designers.
  • Small team, broad ownership, shifting priorities. You're fine with that.
  • High agency, low ego. You work incredibly hard and you just get things done. If that's not you, this is the wrong place.
